Ingeniunda BVBA, with registered office at 2830 Willebroek, Hoevestraat 5 and KBO number 0697.748.021, is the data controller for the processing of your personal data (hereinafter “Ingeniunda” or “we”). Ingeniunda will process these personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation, in particular the European Regulation no. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on data protection (GDPR or AVG) and this privacy policy. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?
Ingeniunda processes the following categories of personal data:
- Contact and billing information of our customers or prospects (and/or their employees), when you contact us (by phone, email or when using our contact form on our website): first name, last name, address, telephone number, email address, VAT and/or CBE number, electrical identification information and any other personal data you provide to us.
- Browser and session data, when using our website via cookies: device data, IP address, email address of logged in users, capacity, browser and operating type, language preference, the external website that may redirect you and the (time and date of the) pages visited on our website.

We do not process special categories of personal data such as your race, ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, health or life data or sexual orientation, genetic data or biometric data.
We do not use automated processing to process your personal data.

We do not collect or use information for purposes other than those described in this privacy policy unless we have obtained your prior consent.
Ingeniuda collects and processes your personal data only on a valid legal basis and for specified purposes. Ingeniunda processes your personal data in the situations permitted by law, specifically:
1. Based on your consent, Ingeniunda may process certain personal data to collect website data:

2. A legal obligation requires Ingeniunda to process your personal data in the course of its activities in specific circumstances and for certain purposes. These include:

WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

In some cases, Ingeniunda shares your personal data with its service providers. For example, we rely on the following categories of third parties:
- IT services (such as accounting software, hosting)
- Bookkeepers and/or accountant
- Collection agency
Ingeniunda will always conclude a processing agreement with these did. Thus, these third parties guarantee that they protect your personal data as in this privacy policy and take the necessary technical and organizational measures for this.
Our employees may also have access to your personal data in the performance of their work. Our employees are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data.
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Ingeniunda will retain your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it is processed, unless a legal or judicial obligation specifies a longer period.
If the retention period has expired, the personal data will be removed from the files and destroyed within a reasonable time.
Personal data collected for purposes related to Ingeniunda’s services will be retained at least until the services have ended. After the performance, we may be required to retain your personal data for a longer period if this is required to comply with the laws and regulations applicable to the provision of the service.
HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Ingeniunda takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, damage, processing, transmission or loss.
WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?
You have the right, free of charge, to exercise the following rights:

- Erasure of your personal data.

- Correction of inaccurate personal data.
- Objection to certain purposes for which your personal data is used.
- Withdrawal of your consent with the processing, this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on your consent before its withdrawal.
- Transfer of your personal data.
You may exercise your rights by addressing your inquiry to info@ingeniunda.com with a copy of the front of a valid ID.
Ingeniunda will always facilitate the exercise of your rights, however taking into account the legal possibilities in this respect.
You will be notified within one month at the latest of the action taken on your request. In the event of complex or multiple requests, this period may be extended by a further two months, of which you will be informed.
In addition, you have the right at any time to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority via its website, by e-mail at contact@apd-gba.be or by post at Rue du Mail 35, 1000 Brussels.
ADJUSTMENTS
We regularly check whether this privacy policy still meets the functioning of the website, our services and/or the legal obligations. We therefore reserve the right to amend this privacy policy at any time. Important changes in content will be announced via our website.
